| You order and transfer us the invoice amount to the account mentioned below. We wait for the receipt of your transfer and deliver your order as soon as the ordered goods are ready for delivery and we have received your transfer.
Please note that bank transfers (also online) require 1-3 bank working days and in addition one working day for the internal booking with us is to be added. For urgent orders is therefore not recommended to pay by bank transfer! Please note your name and, if known, your customer number or, in case of an online order, the order number on your bank transfer! This helps us to assign your order. | If you are not present at the time of delivery | In case of delivery by DHL, the DHL driver will come twice more on the following working days (not Saturdays!). |
| If the delivery shows external damage (carton torn, damaged and possibly packed in foil) |
Open the shipment in the presence of the parcel carrier and compare the contents with the enclosed delivery bill! If there are any discrepancies, have the messenger confirm this in writing and report the transport damage to us. |
